Shipping:
Items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days and will be shipped no later than 5 business days from receipt and verification of payment.
Shipping outside the Continental United States will require additional shipping costs. If there is not an alternate shipping service provided for your location, please ask for a shipping quote prior to bidding and/or paying.
Shipping insurance is optional, but we assume no responsibility for lost or damaged packages if shipping insurance is not purchased. Shipping insurance is highly recommended.
Policies:
Returns for all used items will only be accepted if the items is not as described in listing. Please ask any questions prior to bidding on or purchasing the item. Returned items must be in the same condition they were in when originally shipped to you or it will be sent back to you without a refund. I keep pictures of all my products to prove original condition.
Returns for all new items will be accepted within 7 days of your receipt of the item. You must contact us and ship the item within 7 days after you receive it. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned items. Shipping cost will not be refunded. For items won with Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. If the item is not returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was in when originally shipped to you, we will will send the item back to you and will not issue a refund. Some returns may have to be handled directly through the manufacturer.
